Our process for creating a custom hat
- The starting point is to fill out the questionnaire below to provide us with a series of important details about the type of assignment you need before we meet you.
- After completing the questionnaire, you'll need to request an online consultation with Nana so she can advise you personally and work with you to tailor every detail of your hat. This is a free service that adds significant value and the closeness necessary when making your custom hat.
- The first thing we'll define is the shape, so that it fits your figure and, if you need it for an event, blends perfectly with your look. If you wish, we can send you a selection of hats similar to your order so you can try them on and see which shape feels best and best to you.
- Nana handcrafts all of our dyes, allowing us to recreate any color across the spectrum for your hat. You can even send us a digital reference or physical sample so we can replicate that exact shade in our studio.
- The final piece of the puzzle is decoration. Not all hats require it; you have to know how to listen to them so that the ornamentation provides a necessary nuance and not just noise.
- Making a custom hat typically takes up to 20 business days after the online consultation. However, if the order is urgent, we'll do our best to get it to you on time.
