Shipping conditions

Delivery times for products are 10 to 20 calendar days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, orders (for collection items, custom items, outlet items, and rentals) are expected to be delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

Our pieces are made one by one, and we try to keep stock low to optimize resource use.
We start making your hat, WITHOUT HURRY BUT WITH SOUL, in a few days you will receive it.
If it's urgent, please let us know and we'll try to keep it as short as possible.

For mainland Spain and Portugal , standard shipping will be €8 and free for orders over €200 .
For the rest of Europe , standard shipping will be €18 and free for orders over €300 .

For international shipping, including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please CONTACT US.

Return conditions

The return period:

HATS and CAPS have a 14-day legal withdrawal period. (To do so, please write to us at info@nanagolmar.com, explaining the reasons for your return.)
CUSTOM ORDERS or personalized orders do not allow returns.
RENTAL: Once the reservation is made, the rental model will be held for you on the selected date. If the cancellation/refund is requested 15 days in advance, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher for the amount paid, with no expiration date. After this period, a refund cannot be requested.
OUTLET customers will have a period of 3 business days from the arrival of the order to return it, minus shipping and collection costs (€16 in the Iberian Peninsula). The refund will be effective provided the product arrives in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.

Shipping costs for returns and size exchanges will be borne by the customer.

To return a product, we require it to be in perfect condition and free of signs of use, including tags and original packaging. Once we've verified that the conditions are met, we'll refund the purchase price, minus the return shipping costs.

The refund will be made in the same way as the purchase was made.

Defective or incorrect product

In the event that the product is defective or there is an error in the order, the company will replace it free of charge to the customer.
