The purpose of this collection is to make sustainable and sensible use of our resources. We design and manufacture according to our principles of craftsmanship, quality, and sustainability, for shared use. You enjoy them, and we take care of them to ensure they always remain perfect.

You will receive it on Thursday/Friday of the same week as the event, perfectly prepared for you, with instructions to help you set it up, and we will collect it on Monday with the same courier service.

How does the rental work?

Select the product you like best, choose a date range (Thursday through Sunday), and complete your order. We'll send it to your home, perfectly packaged and ready to use.

How many days does the rental last?

The rental covers several days so you can receive it in advance. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, you will receive it on Thursday/Friday, and we will pick it up the following Monday.

How do I receive the products?

We ship your order via specialized courier in a secure and well-cared-for box. Inside, you'll find simple instructions for placing it and keeping it in perfect condition.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We understand that unexpected events may arise. If minor damage occurs, we'll take care of it. In the case of severe damage or loss of the item, an additional charge may apply.

When do I have to return it?

You don't have to worry about that. We'll arrange pickup on the Monday following your event, using the same courier that delivered your package.

Do you ship to all of Spain?

We ship and collect throughout the peninsula, both in Spain and Portugal. (Excluding the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). If you have any questions about your area, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend making your reservation at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and smooth delivery. However, if you need it sooner, just ask! We'll do our best to help.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 15 days before the event date and receive a voucher with no expiration date for the amount paid.
You can change the chosen model up to 7 days before the event.

What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

Don't worry. We'll send you a tracking number, and you can reschedule delivery directly with the courier. It's important to be available on the delivery and pickup days.

What does the order include?

Your order includes the rented item (headpiece, hat, or handbag), usage and care instructions, and everything needed for its proper return (such as reusable packaging and shipping labels, if necessary).

Can I rent more than one item at a time?

Of course! You can rent multiple products for the same event or for different dates. Plus, if you rent multiple items at once, shipping can be combined for added convenience.
