If it is urgent, please let us know and we will try to take as little time as possible.
For mainland Spain and Portugal, standard shipping will be €8 and free from €200.
For the rest of Europe, standard shipping will be €18 and free from €300.
For international shipments, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, CONTACT US. Return conditions The return period:

  • HATS and CAPS legal withdrawal period of 14 days.

  • CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS no returns are allowed.
  • RENTAL: The refund will be made in the form of a voucher without expiration for the amount paid.
  • OUTLET the customer will have a period of 3 working days to return from the arrival of the order, deducting management fees (10€ IN THE IBERIAN PENINSULA).
    The return will be effective as long as the product arrives in perfect condition, and with its original packaging.

Custom or custom orders cannot be returned.
The shipping costs of returns and size exchanges will be borne by the customer.
In order to return the product we need it to be in perfect condition and without signs of having been used, including tags and original packaging.
Once we have verified that the conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount deducting the shipping costs generated by the return.
