Navy blue velvet-finish felt hat. Low round crown and medium brim, giving the appearance of a fascinator. Brim finished with navy blue velvet bias, vintage veil, and metallic gold button. It has loops and a headband for better stability and comfort when worn.

Refunds of the amount paid are not accepted. Instead, the customer will be issued a non-expiring voucher for the amount paid. The customer must notify the rental cancellation at least 10 days in advance to receive the voucher.
