Rental Terms of Service
By renting a Nana Golmar piece, the client formally accepts the following conditions:
1. Hat Delivery
The piece will be delivered on the Thursday prior to the event date:

Studio pickup: You can pick up your order at our workshop on Thursday or Friday, during regular business hours.

Delivery service: If the transportation service has been contracted, the courier will deliver the package to the provided address between Thursday and Friday.

Urgent service: We offer a special 12-hour delivery service, subject to prior arrangement and availability.
2. Return after the Event
Collection will take place on the Monday immediately following the event:

Procedure: The same courier company will go to the indicated address throughout the day (unless a preferred time has been agreed upon).

Packaging: The hat must be returned in its original box and properly sealed.

Incidents: If it is not possible to collect on Monday, it is essential to give advance notice to reorganize the return logistics.
3. Cancellations, Changes and Vouchers
In the event that the client decides not to use the contracted service, the following policy will apply:

Voucher Issuance: In case of cancellation, a voucher for the total amount paid will be issued, which has no expiration date and can be redeemed for future services or products.

Notice Period: For the voucher to be valid, the client must communicate the cancellation at least 15 calendar days prior to the event date.

Model Changes: Changes to the chosen model are allowed due to wardrobe changes, bad weather, or other personal reasons, always subject to stock availability in the workshop for the new date or requested piece.
4. Normal Use and Maintenance
Normal use of the piece is understood as:

Presence of makeup residue on the inner band.

Slight variations in the original shape of the design.
The hat must be treated with the care inherent to a handcrafted piece. Nana Golmar will take care of the usual cleaning and maintenance tasks between rental services.
5. Damage and Restoration
If the piece suffers damage beyond normal wear and tear and requires technical workshop intervention (such as loss of shape due to neglect, brim deformation, or the need to replace the inner membrane), a restoration fee will apply:

Workshop fee: €50 per hour of work.

Assessment: The condition of the piece and the estimated hours needed will be determined exclusively in our workshop.
6. Optional Insurance
The client has the option to purchase additional insurance for an amount of €8:

Coverage: Covers damage resulting from normal use.

Exclusions: Does not cover irreparable damage, such as cuts or burns.
In the event that the hat becomes unusable, the client must pay the retail price of the piece. A discount of between 20% and 30% (depending on the design's lifespan) will be applied for the purchase of the defective piece.
7. Loss or Theft
In the event of loss or theft of the piece, the client must pay its retail price. A discount of 20% or 30% will be applied depending on the lifespan of the hat or headpiece.
