The hat/headpiece will be shipped on Wednesday of the week of the event to the address provided by the customer, and pickup will take place the following Monday.
Refunds of the amount paid are not accepted. Instead, the customer will be issued a non-expiring voucher for the amount paid. The customer must notify the rental cancellation at least 10 days in advance to receive the voucher.
